Agreement

These terms apply to the use of this website and to all demolition, dumpster rental, construction cleanup, and trash out services provided by Wreck & Roll. By requesting an estimate or accepting service, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and scheduling

Estimates are based on the information you provide and on site conditions at the time of the quote. Pricing may change if the scope, weight, volume, or access to the site differs from what was described. We schedule drop-offs, pickups, and crew work by appointment and will contact you to confirm a date and window.

Site access and placement

You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and clear access to the work area and for any permits your city, county, or HOA requires. Dumpsters are heavy: placement on driveways, lawns, or other surfaces is at your risk, and we are not responsible for surface wear, cracking, or marks caused by normal delivery, placement, or removal. You must keep the area around the container clear so it can be picked up on schedule.

Dumpster rental rates

• Drop-off: $199
• Pickup: $125
• Rental rate: $2 per day, or $179 per month
• A 3-day minimum rental is required.
• A landfill dump fee is charged based on the tonnage of the load, in addition to the rates above.
• An additional $50 fee applies to rentals outside of Cole County.

Demolition and junk removal projects vary in size; contact us for a free quote.

Use of containers

• Do not load material above the top rail of the container.
• Do not move or relocate a container once it has been placed.
• Customers are responsible for any damage to the dumpster while it is on-site, and for the container and its contents while it is on your property.

Overloaded containers may be refused, and additional charges may apply for extra rental days, damage, or a return trip. Disposal charges are based on the tonnage of the load at the landfill.

Non-disposable and prohibited materials

An additional fee of $25.00 is charged for each non-disposable item, including but not limited to: tires, batteries, paints and wet paints, adhesives, electronics, infectious waste, appliances, gasoline, resin, chemical substances, Freon, hazardous waste, oils, and pesticides. This list is not exhaustive, and additional fees may apply for other non-disposable items and services.

Dumping asbestos is illegal and can result in severe health risks and legal penalties. Always contact licensed professionals for proper disposal in accordance with the law. Ask us before disposing of anything you are unsure about.

Payment and cancellation

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. To cancel or reschedule, or for questions about billing, call the office at (573) 590-0205. Trips cancelled after a truck or crew has been dispatched may be billed.

Items removed and left behind

Anything placed in a container or identified for removal is considered abandoned and becomes our property for disposal, recycling, or donation. Please check loads carefully before pickup; we cannot recover items once they have been hauled off.

Liability

We carry insurance and work carefully, but our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for pre-existing conditions at the site, or for delays caused by weather, road conditions, landfill closures, or other events outside our control.

Photos, logos, and text on this site belong to Wreck & Roll and may not be reused without permission. Information on the site is provided for general guidance and does not create a binding quote. Our handling of your contact details and text messages is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. We may update them from time to time, and the current version will always be posted on this page.
